The 60-Day 6-Piece Expanded Kit |
In this Exposed Skin Care Review we look at this highly recommended 6-piece Kit for clearing Acne permanently. We break down the 6-piece kit down to the bare bones walking you through each product how it works and whether it is suitable for you skin type. |
Step #1. Exposed Facial Cleanser Review
How It Works
Alpha- and beta-hydroxy acids are naturally occurring compounds found in fruits, vegetables grains, and milk. They are just acidic enough to loosen and lift dead skin cells that form a matte on the skin and can block pores. Olive leaf extract provides antioxidants directly to the pores. Olive leaf extract is not a nutrient. There is no recommended daily intake of it, but that is its advantage in skin care. Olive leaf antioxidants prevent the formation of skin-irritating peroxides in acne-affected pores, and they do this without interfering with the balance of antioxidant nutrients such as vitamins C and E. And since Exposed Skin Care Facial Cleanser does not contain any harsh chemicals to make it sudsy, such as laurel and laureth sulfates, it improves the texture of the skin without any risk of additional inflammation.
Is It Safe for Everybody?
All the ingredients in Exposed Skin Care are safe and effective for people of all ages and skin types, including pregnant women. If you have extremely dry skin or chemically damaged skin, however, you may want to use this product just once a day. Be sure to wash off the cleanser with warm, not hot or cold, water, and to pat the skin dry. Don’t rub your face with a towel.

Step #2. Exposed Clearing Tonic Review
How It Works
Exposed Skin Care’s Clearing Tonic contains nature’s best anti-inflammatory, aloe. Essential extracts of aloe vera stop redness and inflammation and accelerate healing of damaged pores. Alantoin and hyalouronic acid help collagen seal the linings of pores without sealing the openings of pores, preventing acne bumps from getting bigger but also preventing the formation of whiteheads, blackheads, and pimples. A hint of witch hazel leaves the skin feeling firm and fresh, but not so firm that the skin tightens around pore.
Is It Safe for Everybody?
About 1 in 100,000 people is allergic to witch hazel. If you have never used any kind of witch hazel formula before, test a tiny dab of the clearing tonic on the underside of your forearm. Wait a few hours. If there is no irritation, inflammation, redness, or itching, then it is safe to use Clearing Tonic on your face. If you are allergic to witch hazel, simply return the Clearing Tonic for a refund.

Step #3. Exposed Acne Serum Review
How It Works
Exposed Skin Care’s Acne Serum provides benzoyl peroxide in a micronized form that lets it get deep into pores. Benzoyl peroxide is an antibacterial, but it’s not an antibiotic. This commonly used chemical kills just enough of the Propionibacterium acnes that normally live in the skin that they don’t multiply unchecked in skin pores. Some bacteria are left behind to remove excess sebum, and, since the product is not an antibiotic, there is no risk of developing antibiotic resistance and creating some kind of super-acne bacterium. The Acne Serum delivers even more olive leaf extract to pores where it is anti-inflammatory, anti-itch, and anti-reddening.
Is This Product Safe for Everybody?
It’s possible to get too much benzoyl peroxide, especially if you have fair, dry, or sensitive skin of any skin color. Acne Serum, however, contains just enough benzoyl peroxide to keep excessive bacterial growth in check. You don’t want to obliterate the bacteria on your skin; you just want to keep them from clogging pores and causing inflammation.

Step #3. Exposed Clear Pore Serum Review
How It Works
Exposed Skin Care’s Clear Pore Serum is a unique formulation of a gentle peel with an herbal ingredient that makes sure it does not cause inflammation. The glycolic and salicylic acids work all night to lift dead, dry skin and smooth out rough places, while the licorice root provides a compound called glycyrrhizinetic acid that preserves the natural hormones found in healthy skin. Licorice is so gentle that it is even used to treat baby’s skin, but strong enough that it replaces lower doses of prescription steroid creams.
Is This Product Safe for Everybody?
If you live in the Sahara or another desert in summer, or if you spend all your time indoors in areas warmed with gas or fuel oil heating systems in the winter, or you have a condition called Sjögren’s syndrome, you probably don’t want to use Clear Pore Serum or any kind of overnight cleansing product. But if these conditions don’t apply to you, Clear Pore Serum is safe for men, women, expectant mothers, and people with any skin type. If you are of African heritage, however, test a tiny dab on the skin of your forearm and leave it on overnight, just to make doubly sure that there is no unexpected change in skin tone that would require you to adjust your cosmetic routine.

Exposed Moisture Complex Review
How it Works
Even people with oily skin sometimes benefit from a moisturizer, but Exposed Skin Care’s Moisture Complex was formulated with dry skin in mind. Pumpkin seed extract provides a tiny amount of n-3 essential fatty acids directly to the skin, and green tea extract offers another kind of antioxidant and antibacterial protection. Caffeine perks up the skin without stressing the entire body.
Is This Product Safe for Everybody?
In a word, yes. However, if you have oily skin, you may only need to moisturize under unusual weather conditions (or when there has been something to change your hormonal balance, such as a new contraceptive, a new medication, or hormone replacement therapy). The ingredients in Moisture Complex are safe and effective for men and women of all ages as well as for pregnant women.

Exposed Clarifying Mask Review
How it Works
Exposed Skin Care’s advertising says that the kaolin and Bentonite in Clarifying Mask draws toxins away from your pores while sulfur and resorcinol kill bacteria, and the claim is true. The main reason to use Clarifying Mask, however, is because it feels so good. Using Clarifying Mask once or twice a week will pull out excess sebum from pores and gently moisturize the skin at the same time it eliminates acne bacteria.
Is This Product Safe for Everybody?
All the ingredients in Clarifying Mask are generally regarded as safe. Don’t use the mask if you have cut or broken skin.

Exposed Microderm Scrub Review
How It Works
It’s possible to get the wrong idea about Exposed Skin Care’s Microderm Scrub. It does the scrubbing. You don’t have to do the scrubbing. The corundum crystals in the formula are enough to gently lift the largest pieces of dead skin and largest drops of excess skin oils that other cleanses sometimes miss. It is still something you apply gently to the skin and wash off with warm water, patting, not rubbing, skin dry. Even after you wash off the scrub, the grapeseed extract in it will continue to provide healing essential fatty acids directly to the skin.
Is This Product Safe for Everybody?
If you are allergic to ragweed, test a little bit of the scrub on the back of your forearm before you put the scrub on your face. There is no ragweed in Microderm Scrub! But sometimes people who are allergic to ragweed are also allergic to chamomile, the soothing agent in the scrub.

Exposed Derm-X Cloth Review
How It Works
Microdermabrasion is a gentle process that lifts and separates dead skin cells—with just enough friction to separate dead skin but not so much as to injure healthy skin.
Is This Product Safe for Everybody?
Yes—but remember, let the cloth do the work. Gentle pressure is all you need to give your skin an even tone and to lift the clogs over pores that create whiteheads and blackheads.

Exposed Probiotic Complex Review
How It Works
Exposed Skin Care’s Probiotic Complex contains prebiotics and probiotics to nourish the skin. What are prebiotics and probiotics?
Prebiotics serve as food for skin-friendly bacteria. They need to be in place before the bacteria can grow an flourish.
Probiotics are bacteria that work symbiotically with the human body to keep disease-causing bacteria in check. These bacteria occupy spaces and use nutrients that otherwise would be used by the bacteria that cause acne, staph infections, and cellulitis.
Is This Product Safe for Everybody?
If you can eat yogurt, you can use Probiotic Complex. Just remember that it contains living organisms that must not be exposed to extremes of heat or cold.
